Thank you so much L4L, it's a great site and I've put it in favorites. I've used that Elder Scrolls site to help with quests but never explored it further. I now know what I must do to enchant and get on with the game. When I see an animal I try to avoid it if possible but then the cliff racers attack. Even in a game I can't hurt animals.

There's a mod out there for the game that will allow you to make the cliff racers peacefull or to remove them from the entire game, I think? I've used it - and it is a really good mod, I think. You can still find on the tesnexus.com, I think.
