Hello dear Gameboomers,
I'm proud to announce the start of a new series of articles at Adventure-Treff which will deliver interesting insights from the game industry. I'm talking about a guest column which will be written by developers, perhaps publishers and journalists as well. Today we launched this new feature series with an article that was written by Steve Ince (Broken Sword, So Blonde, Captain Morgane etc.). As usual we also make the article available in English language (the link will guide you to the English version). If you like it I hope that you will stay tuned because there will be more soon! smile

Hi Jack Vanian -- sounds like a great series. I like what he said about the creative process -- how, as a designer, he has to think holistically, and how creating an adventure game can be even more fascinating than playing one.

Thanks for the link, Jack Vanian. Very interesting article; I liked reading Steve Ince's thoughts on game design. thumbsup
