Has anyone heard of this game,it's a adventure game. GamersGate has it for $20. I think it's a pretty old game. I played the demo and really like it. The graphics look real good. Thanks
Richard

Kjos -- we first heard about the game here, where it was announced that the game had gone gold.

It just released on Gamers Gate?

EDIT: Sure enough, you can download it from Gamers Gate here.

Double lucky number 77? Good for you! lol

Kjos -- I hope you don't mind if I edit the title of your post -- the game has just released at The Adventure Shop too!

I played the demo and enjoyed enough to commit to buying the download. Anderwin, I am sure the demo is representative of the game, and it is a lovely old school type adventure game. What I do when I am undecided is sometimes to take a peek at the walkthrough, as they not only give you warning of games with timed type puzzles but also give you an idea of the length of game.

Note: currently the download button does not appear on gamersgate (a previous buyer has same issue) so I have contacted gamersgate support about this, hopefully should be able to download it soon.

Vic, I'm in the same boat as you. It's nice to know someone else has the same problem. Gamersgate support is aware of the situation and said to be patient- they're working on it-
"Seems that the files are not working and we are investigating the case." I didn't expect too much on the weekend-maybe it'll get sorted out soon.

Hi Guys, thought I'd let you know to check on the gamersgate site now - my game download link is there a day later so yours might be too (unless each person has to email support/create a works ticket).

I never got a reply but thought I'd take a look just in case, mainly because I've got a cold and am twiddling my thumbs desperately wanting to play a game!! Thanks to gamersgate for sorting the problem out (well definately for me anyway).

Great game so far. My favourite gag is an entry in the Evidence list found in the police station:

1986/Q4 Evidence: Several strange looking dices ranging from 4 sided to 20-sided confiscated in suspected gambling ring.

Imagine some kids sitting at home on a winter evening, playing a session of Dungeons & Dragons and suddenly a police officer jumps in, makes trouble and takes the dices with him.

The frame rate is *very* poor for me. Even reduced the screen res to 1024 and the quality to Fast and it's still awful.

I had this problem only in several locations like the graveyard or inside the police station. But it might depend on the system configuration, not only on the power of the PC itself. On my much older second PC it runs a bit better.
