thanks for your help with myst at the piano. now i am at selenitic age and right at first, at the door, when i pushed the button, there were no sounds as the wt said. did i do something wrong?? i used the saved game to get past the piano. then after that when i went to push to 5th button and go down the ladder there, my laptop crashed. does anyone have a patch for this and does the lack of sound at the door maybe cause a problem???? thanks again diver

diver, if you go back to the Topic on Myst and the piano, you may find in the LINK I gave you a save for where you are, probably # 21 or 22.


As for the patch and the lack of sound, maybe someone can help you on that.

thanks chief and that is the save that i used and it worked great. then after i got all the buttons except the last one or the 5th one where the ladder goes down, is where it crashed.

diver, I presume you manage to get all the sounds correctly while going around the island (of the Selenitic world).

For the piano, did you used save #20?
