Not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean a free game for filling a punch card? Those are only good for a regular standard edition.

I have a free game from July 8th sales this past week-end.

If it's a free game coupon code, those coupon codes cannot be used for CEs; you can get a CE with 2 Game Club credits, though. You could also get the non-CE (standard) version of Rite of Passage with your free game coupon code.
