Anyone have a saved game for the Maya chapter right after collecting all the stars? this jungle maze is driving me nuts and I have 2 maps to help me and the various w/t's but am just getting dizzy! Have Googled online to find the saved games like for Atl. 1 but no such luck. Help if you can please

Betty Lou,

You want saves for Beyond Atlantis 2 or Atlantis 1?

Anyhow, my saves are not labeled - I sent you the whole shebang.

Thanks for the help Mag. It seems I have wandered around and around long enough so the Mayan gods felt sorry for me and lo and behold I found all 7 stars. And am now at the Stone statue and slab with the constellation on it - am going to proceed. (Atlantis II is Beyond Atlantis, the second one - first one is The Lost Tales) I am so enjoying these old classics and just love the background music. Onward to the 'star puzzle' and next is that mess of spiders Eeuuuuuuuww Thanks luv

Ahhhh, then that is why they are not showing up my the game, I installed ATL II from my old disc's (there are 4) onto my desktop computer (am playing download version on my laptop cause it would not work on the desktop puter [?]) and played into the Ireland chapter, saved and quit the game, loaded your saves into that folder and went back into the game, even played as each different player, and your saves do not show up at all even tho they are in the "game folder" in Windows Explorer. Also tried the Maya chapter with 1 save by me and all my 3 saves show up when I choose LOAD but yours do not. So my game does not recognize your saves which are for ATL 3. Mystery solved on this one.
Now, I am in Maya chapter, have "beat" the spiders #1 & #2, but am stuck trying to follow the w/t to outwit and kill the Mama spider - can't seem to move fast enough and she gets me, even got us both "locked" up when I kept clicking as fast as I could to get around the web and finally turned around and she was stuck where she stood, and so was I, neither one of us was moving, had to quit the game and reload, but I'm still too slow. Any chance you have the saves from Alt II or maybe someone else has theirs? Any help appreciated.
Love, Betty Lou

There are some saved games HERE Betty Lou, but no way of telling whereabouts they are in the game. Worth a try as a last resort, maybe.

Thanks Rushes, I've downloaded the 5 they have and will take a look at them. I had even forgotten that site and was already registered user some time ago. Nice thing about it is they allow a request for a specific saved game for Atlantis II so if one of theirs isn't the one I need I can at least ask if someone else has it. Thanks much, have a great weekend

Well, that site won't have an answer or a saved game for me for some time - the ones they do have don't help with my big mama spider problem. And I have posted a request for help there but who knows when someone will notice it and respond - this is an old game after all. So I tried again and again a few times to beat her around that web and she is just too fast for me. Will have to put this game aside for a while and play something else. Have several other games awaiting my attention but I surely did want to finish Maya in BA II and get to China - that's where I had such "fun" walking on the ceiling talking to different animals and getting their signature certifications - very odd feeling then. Oh, well, maybe I'll get lucky here and someone else will be playing it or replaying it and can send me the save I need. See ya 'round soon and thanks

Betty Lou, if you do not mind using a solution from a WT, there is one in Malcolm Schmidt's WT , in the Mayan Lands.

Scroll down the page to click the spider icon for that solution.

Good luck. luck

Hi Betty Lou -

The spiders are not "fast" - you don't need to hurry.

The only thing that matters is that you always step in the correct direction. If you go the wrong way, Boom! there they are. But if you make each step carefully and correctly, they can't get to you.

The first spider is fairly easy. The third one is also not too hard; it's the second one (where there are two) that is the tricky one. Have you seen this map? It shows you the path to take:

Hi Tally Ho, long time no "speak". Glad to 'see' you. I have bits of several of the w/t's and just notice in one there is a "tip" about not becoming panicky or hurrying and that is just what I was doing with the big mama spider! Have to try again and calm down, listen to the music beat and step forward when I have control of my cursor, not click everywhere frantically to get away! I found the 2 spider bit not too hard to do if one just moves in the right direction at the right time. Took me about a half day to get it right and it felt good. Thanks for your help. Am going to give it a couple more shots and see how I do with Big Mama - love this series, can't wait to get to China. Thanks, luv

Update = I went back to mama spider, did it correctly (was going up wrong tree, wrong directions etc) and beat her, finished Maya and had such fun in China! Am now correctly placing last 3 stones and re-activating crystal to get to Shambala. Love this series!! Thanks for your help
