So, I got to a new area by getting the spherical car on the first island working and riding it under the water and then to a new (nighttime? underwater cave?) place. I can't get back in the car (is that a bug?).

There's a music puzzle where a music box plays 5 notes and there's an organ nearby with 5 keys. I think that I've identified the sequence of notes to play, though the last two notes are ambiguous (I've tried 45312, 45321, 45311, and 45322). I can't seem to play the notes as quickly as the music box--it seems like I can't click on one key until the other one has finished moving up all the way. (Is this a bug, or normal?) Any help on this music puzzle?

I'm getting frustrated because I can't make any other progress right now in this area! (I've seen the boxes with the glowing symbols, but can't find any more buttons to push to make the last several of them glow--I'm hypothesizing that the music puzzle will somehow open up another area with more buttons.)

There is a major clue that took me some time to discover. When you push an organ key step behind the organ and look at the cliff wall. Each key produces a symbol.

THANK YOU!

Scratching my head now over how to integrate it all together (I've got a theory that I like but it's not working)... not ready for another hint yet, though smile

OK, calling uncle on the "how to integrate it all together" step.

Here's what I know:

I have 5 symbols from the crates, and an ordering for them from their left-to-right placement. (It's unclear whether the gaps are meant to be meaningful.)

I have 5 symbols from the organ, and an ordering for them from the music box.

I have 5 numbers (but not a strict ordering for them, I don't think) from the 5 posts with the crank that each light up at a different number.

I want to get an ordering of 10 symbols.

Here's what I've tried

Taking the 5 symbols from the crates, with the gaps as originally given by the blank crates, and slotting the 5 symbols from the organ into the gaps.

Taking the 5 symbols from the crates and placing them (in order) in the numbered slots given by the posts' numbers, then slotting in the 5 symbols from the organ.

I feel like I could continue trying random permutations like this, but they're feeling increasingly farther-fetched. What am I missing? The tiniest possible nudge, please smile

Oh, thanks!

(Looks like I was on the right track--maybe I had a typo in one of the solutions I entered.)
