Memoria is available now on Steam. You can view the new Trailer here. You can view the screenshots here. Hamburg, August 30th, 2013 – Memoria, Daedalic’s latest point & click adventure release, is available now: Today, Daedalic Entertainment and Deep Silver are releasing the fantasy adventure game, which is set in the RPG universe of The Dark Eye. Memoria introduces two playable characters as well as two different storylines, set almost 500 years apart from each other. One of the stories continues the events of Daedalic Entertainment’s point & click adventure game Chains of Satinav. There’s a lot of love coming from the international games press: "Gamona" calls Memoria "Daedalic’s latest masterpiece" and rated it 90 %, which qualifies Memoria for their Gold Award. Another Gold Award was granted by “GameStar” magazine, where Memoria scored 85 points. 9 out of 10 points is the score from “GameReactor.de” – they call the game “a very special masterpiece.” Eurogamer considers Memoria by far the best Daedalic-title to date “You don’t something like this every day. Enjoy it!” Memoria is available online now, via Steam as well as in the official Mac App store. http://store.steampowered.com/app/243200/About Memoria 500 years have passed, since Sadja, princess of the faraway kingdom of Fasar, set forth to fight in the great battle of the Gorian Desert. Victory in this battle against mighty demons would cement her place as one of the greatest heroes of all time – but she failed. Her story was lost in the sands of time, and now a young fowler named Geron must unravel her mysterious fate. But his search sets events in motion that will cast a long shadow over his homeland and turn his present into a twisted image of a long lost past... Memoria’s Aventuria setting is based on The Dark Eye, probably Europe’s best-known pen & paper RPG system. Memoria move beyond traditional point & click adventure gameplay to add a magic system derived from this RPG. Players will cast magic spells that allow them to banish darkness or even to take direct control over mysterious creatures that could prove useful in the quest. Memoria enriches the classic point & click adventure gameplay, offering captivating puzzles, an epic story full of ancient magic and unexpected twists as Geron sees how the distant past still echoes through all of our lives. Happy Gaming! Ana

Thanks, Ana! And thanks for the info about Gamersgate, LadyCav. I think I'll get it there since it's DRM free, and I don't see it at GOG.

Ah. Callista, I don't do reviews. I think I will not do a good job of it; especially for someone that is not impressed with Myst or Riven. I do walkthroughs though.

You do more than enough of everything, MaG, and we appreciate it all !! And we don't want you to be meeting yourself coming back from overdoing things
