I'm currently in the garden and I've found two sticks but where is the third one?

Smiley there should be a stick just under or near the garden bench on your right as you enter the garden area, one on the left side of the garden up against a wall I believe and one under an almond tree.

Is there an easy way to catch the sand dab? Since it's really annoying

Patience is the key.

There are pedals to raise the line up/down, also forwards/backwards.
You can move the line right/left.
So look for a place that has a lot of dabs showing.
Lower the line to a depth that you think will hide it and wait a bit.
Also play with the color of the baits.
