Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis

So I've been trapped in the Labyrinth in Crete for quite some time now, and I finally gave in and checked UHS-Hints.

I'm playing the Team path and I have gotten the orichalchum beads and the box, but I can't find a way to get Sophia out of the place where Sternhart's body is. And the UHS-Hints is no help!

It says I need to get through the gate (done) and use the fish-chain detector in every room (doesn't work because it always just points to sophia) and use the ship rib on the crumbling wall (there isn't one!!!)

Indy can climb the chain in the waterfall, but sophia won't -- how do I get them out??

I've got it now -- very frustrating. I already figured out the solution but I needed to do things in EXACTLY the right steps or else it wouldn't let me do it (It wouldn't let me put the medallion in the box unless I speak to sophia immediately after using the fish-thing... Indy must have a very short memory!)
