Overclocked MP3

I've received the radio message mp3 from the detective, but nothing I do plays the message back. I am only able to read the short message from him and without the played mp3, the fellow in cell #3 has no response. Anyone know how to make the message play aloud?

Did you scroll down to the audio message? (Different than the written message).

The previous post is from his wife. The last post reads 'Radio Transmission MP3'. There is no further scrolling down. Clicking on the last message only brings up the text message.

Thanks everyone. I found it under the telephone icon, not the audio clips.****I don't have a cell phone, an MP3 player or a PDA. Maybe that's why I couldn't find my around this. Besides I can't play adventure games on any of those things. Who needs 'em?
