Return to mysterious island 2

After first at beach in walkthrough it says to go to windmill crossing and left of steps take branch but i cant find steps so i cant find branch.

The steps are below the windmill...Or look for the mill..If your in front of it ..Go right...Your pointer will show you can go below the windmill...Down the stairs...
