Chronicles of Mystery The Tree of Life

Following the WT but am stumped. Early in the game - at 3D printer I have installed the container w/flour, green light, right panel, inserted container w/dye, green lights, but cannot open the bottom panel (have the container w/resin) don't know wht I have done wrong - have talked to everyone!!

Well, stuck again!! Have talked to Carnivaliers, & am lost trying to find the gondola, Have gone to R of building steps & am on taxi stand but don't see gondola, et.

Look at the water by the bridge and right of the building you came out of.

Thank you MaG but I'm still not getting there. My cursor points to canal but when I get there at the taxi stand she jut keeps talking about the stand & I don't see gondola.
