Runaway 3 scaffolding

I can't find the jack to use on the statue--the wt says it's at the scaffolding--can't see any scaffolding. Please help!

It's beside the guy with the motorcycle. Scroll all the way over to the left from the cemetary. I think.

I am now trying to get the block from the wall--seems that I should cut a cable holding the angel but my character keeps saying she does not want to cut the angel. Is it the top left cable that I want to cut--by the head??

Yes, unfortunetly, I am still stuck---I can see how it should work but my character won't cut what I think needs to be cut.

Today's question is: How do I get Mr. Nice to let go of the suitcase? I am guessing that he will take an imaginary car ride to Rancho Cucoumonga with Hollister but can't seem to make it happen.I gave Nice the sign on the whiteboard. Is it possible that this is part of the "bug" in the game?

Mr. Nice: Try to talk to Mr. Nice. Mr. Nice is holding a sign with 'Atlanta' written on it. He's trying to hitch a ride.

Walk close to Mr. Nice. He drops the sign and holds his suitcase.

In inventory, combine whiteboard and marker. Select Rancho Cucamonga.

Take the Rancho Cucamonga whiteboard from inventory and exchange it with the Atlanta whiteboard.

Mr. Nice places his suitcase in the backseat. Watch the imaginary trip.

I have exchanged the whiteboards but Mr Nice is just standing there holding the rancho cucomonga board, he doesn't do anything else. If I approach him he drops the sign and grabs the suitcase.
