Adam's Venture 2--Color Puzzle

I checked the WT-Pg 20--There are 8 rows of numbers and I believe I rotate each number for a total of 33 numbers. After I do this--nothing happens---need small hint.

Maybe I am not understanding.
The wt has only 4 rows of numbers that you do as solution of the puzzle.
The numbers relate to the center of each of the rosette.

Use the arrow keys to select a gem holder.
Press enter key to rotate the gem holder.
Place yellow at left, red at top, green at right and blue at the bottom.
Rotate these numbers:

1 5 3 5 3 1 1 5 5 3

2 5 5 2 5 2

4 1 5 1 5 5 1

4 4 5 5 5 4 4 4 5 5

Hi MaG---You are correct--4 rows of numbers. However, I'm confused as to what I have to do with these numbers. Is this correct, I enter the numbers according to the colored picture in the WT and rotate each number? I still don't understand why I'm missing the point. Can you walk me through the procedure for the first row of numbers? Sorry to be a pain

As soon as #1 is selected, press enter key to turn that rosette ONCE.
Use arrow key to move to #5.
As soon as #5 is selected, press enter key to turn that rosette ONCE.
Use arrow key to move to #3.
As soon as #3 is selected, press enter key to turn that rosette ONCE.
Use arrow key to move to #5.
As soon as #5 is selected, press enter key to turn that rosette ONCE.
Use arrow key to move to #3.
As soon as #3 is selected, press enter key to turn that rosette ONCE.
Use arrow key to move to #1.
As soon as #1 is selected, press enter key to turn that rosette TWICE.
Use arrow key to move to #5.
As soon as #3 is selected, press enter key to turn that rosette TWICE.

As soon as #3 is selected, press enter key to turn that rosette ONCE.
