I have a new problem and I've checked the guide. I got the sapphire, I went back changed my clothes, gave it to the bad guy, did the chinese box puzzle, and then went to sleep. My PDA never went off. I can't find anyone to talk to or anything to do. The next step requires me to get a flyer. Any idea what I didn't do?

Go to the balcony and use the binoculars. See if that helps.

Also check (if you're playing in junior), what are still undone in the task list.

Figured out what was missing, never mind. It was the balcony!
