Thanks for the saved game--I looked for the wrench-spanner in Bruen's room but couldn't find it. In fact I didn't find any tools on the floor either. I did find a woman's bag on the chair. Need a small hint as to where the wrench is.

See that newspaper on the floor. The wrench is there.
You can only pick it up - I believe - second or so visit in that room.

I'm back!!! I found a photo album in the library and Peter says he is not into photo albums. However, I need a photo album to see the pictures. Is there another photo album that I missed that Peter will look at?

Tomco---Enjoying the game even though it appears that I have over looked a few items that are crucial to the game.

If I remember correctly - you don't need an album.
You just click on the pictures.
The collected pictures are labeled picture album though.
