Black Mirror III

Hi & Happy New Year:

I'm about l/4 into the game & am stuck. I'm following MaG's w/t & am in the morgue & am fixing the intercom. I have the light turn green & am suppose to "use the intercom to call Phil." I positioned the green light on the door to get Phil to walk in, but he does not. When I click on it all I get is Darren saying "first I want to know where the snoring is coming from."
Please help me to get Phil to enter so I can use the the bone on him.

Did you take the projector and click it on the door before using the intercom?

check the body cabinets for the snoring....

Oh well, stuck again & need help.
Looking at MaG's w/t, I'm on the paragraph "Find more portals." I click-hold & draw both times to see locations of swamp and White Woods area. Problem is it then says to "jump to the crossing in the woods." There is no place on the map that'll let me do that after I've drawn the lines to resemble map picture on the w/t. Please help me get to the woods so I can proceed. I've tried over & over again to draw like it says, but it is fruitful.

I'm sure you already used this crossing in the woods jump site.

Your jumping to the crossroad is not affected by the drawing of the lines which is a puzzle.

Hi again, need your help please.(Part V)

Adrian is ready to be "Exorcised." Spoke to Edward & now he's suppose to "go to the room at the passage where he woke up" (quoted from MaG's w/t). Have no idea where that is so I can take Mordred's book. Looked in a bunch of room in the castle but cannot find it.
Please help me - would surely appreciate it.

Go to the castle hall, then go upstairs and down the passage that's in the middle of the screen.

HI & sorry to bother you again.
Following w/t, I'm at paragraph "Get to the catacombs."
Valentina goes to cellar & well.
Adrian enters cage(where a timed puzzle is suppose to start).
It says "pull the rope" so that she drops the cage into the water & where I'm suppose to see a disc with a symbol on tope of a circle, etc. - there is on rope to pull only the one in inventory & that does nothing. The only icon to press is for the cage.
Please tell me how to get the cage to drop into the water so I can see the disc, etc.

Did you do this first:

See the cage pulled up when the chain is wound up by the water pump.
Use the rope on the well. Adrian ties it on the column.
Go back to the library and down the spiral staircase of the column to the sewer.
See the cage suspended on the chain. The rope tied to the well is hanging inside the cage.
Talk to Valentina about the plan.

I am so confused & have tried many times but cannot seem toght to the labrinth, entering rooms etc.
Is there any way someone may have a Save so I can get thru this long journey to get the Crown, Bowl and Staff to get to the Left Stone Door? I know I'm missing alot in not getting this far, but I am totally stumped. Please help.......
