Labyrinth of lies

I am at the point where I submit information on the necklace via the Provenance on the computer but when I press submit it is rejected. I have the photograph in the window and ticked the boxes showing the details of the Artifact. I have also placed the cell phone on the USB port. What have I missed.

First, let's make sure that you have taken a picture of the right necklace. This way, we can start ruling out what the problem might be.

Yes I have taken the photograph of the two pieces of necklace above the coin display and I have also photographed the one around the neck of the display. Both these photos have been recorded.

As a matter of interest when the walkthrough says to place the cell phone on the usb port it means the phone and not the camera? I wondered if the term cell phone might be being used in a general way.

I have a feeling that there are more difficulties to come.

The camera is a feature of the cell phone, so it's actually the cell phone you are placing on the USB port and then accessing the camera feature.

Maybe you have put all the correct information in about the necklace but have not seen all the clues that verify this information. Have you looked at the notebooks in the cabinet and the clipboard to the left of the cabinet for the information?
