Syberia 1

I'm replaying this game, thank God BFG has it for Mac. I'm stuck. I've been to the notary's office and talked to the man there, I've been to the church, rang the church bell, no one is there. I opened the gates at the factory and been to every path there, got the water wheel turning. Now I don't know what to do. Can't find Anna's house or Han's grave.

Thanks, Marian. I bought all 3 parts with free game coupon codes, I loved the game when I played it years ago but now its like playing it for the 1st time.

Yes, she does. It's definitely a good resource. The reason I mentioned the Big Fish walkthrough is because it also has a lot of pictures that highlight hot spots, which could be helpful as well, depending on why a player is stuck.

Well finally found Oscar and made his feet and off on the train. Now on to part 2.

Pictures are good Marian. I'll have to remember that when I replay the game. I've had it installed for awhile now but haven't gotten to it yet.

I'm at this part of MaG's WT, I talked to him about everything. I can't get him to drink the wine, he won't talk to me, I tried loading a save and tried again, it always turns out the same.

"Border patrol office - Talk to Captain Malatesta, a Hitler like version of the border patrol. Ask about mission. He will not release any visa because of an enemy spying on him. He has been observing this spy for years. Ask about Hans and find out that the gate is one of Hans work before he left the university town. Look in the telescope and see a dead tree - the Cossack spy. Look at the desk and see a broken pair of eyeglasses and 2 wineglasses. Place the Yangala-Cola powder in one of the wine glass (green residue at bottom) and then add wine to both glasses. Kate gets the Captain to drink the wine with the eye acuteness drug. He looks on the telescope and realizes his wasted years. After Kate's attempt to raise his spirits, he gives the exit visa."


Well I was actually doing the wrong order for the Yangala-cola and wine. I've got the exit visa now.

If you look at this page, is there anything from about line 110 to line 132 that you haven't done?

Marian, thanks. Turns out I did the wrong order for the cola and wine. I poured the wine first and it worked.

Just finished the game. I wish they put the rest of it mac compatible.

I didn't drink either,but Rhem-4 made me start again.

Geo, I am no good at the Rhem games. My hats off to anyone who gets through them, drinking or not.

Whoever has played the Rhem games will know what you have to suffer to finish them. Although I have tried many times to finish them I never did.
