The walkthrough says this:
It says that usage of the same wrench in the same direction does not work - perhaps that is what you were trying to do?

thanks .that could be. well i just got stuck @ the train platform , i entered the door by police car.i didn't take the photo of the seating plan,now i'm in the theatre and can't get out ,now what do i do now ?

According to a walkthrough here you can use a piece of metal to open the door and exit the cinema.
This walkthrough might come in handy to refer to as well as any others you might be using.

having fun ? at the part -analyze the new evidence, -it said open the lid of the scanner and take the token out , close the scanner - then look in close at empty evidence bag . use the card on the evidence bag to place it inside, inside what ???

what card are they talking about ? BTW i did scanned the 2 sides of the ticket,and same for the token. so i think i'm good to go to the datadase , and start scanning . what do U think ?

I believe the game is talking about a playing card. You can always save your game here and then try to go to the database and start scanning. If it doesn't work, then you will know there is still something else that you need to do first.

at the chamber's of horrors ,looking at the cars, i thought i had the railing bar . but i didn't but any way i made it to the control room and and i had to go back and get the railing bar yikes i hope i didn't get things messed up ?but now at the control room all the lights are on and i turned the key to start the train.just have to go to the 1 car and click on the string. so do you think that every thing is ok ??

It sounds okay to me. As I said before, you can always save your game before proceeding if something doesn't work out.

after blowing the power plant over 20 times , thoses wires are hard to see i thought i was going to yell for help from you. that was a hard part . i was able to disable the laser , and make it back to the boss's office.

thanks , but now stuck in the lab , she said that i needed to put every thing back as it was or wang will get mad at her , so i can't leave. now what do i need to do? i have the map copies of company office locations & plant occurrence areas. now what ????

I hate to say this, but I seem to remember that this is where you and another poster here got stuck in the game in the last few years and unable to move on. We could never figure out what the problem was, either. My suggestion is to watch a YouTube video for this portion of the game and to follow a walkthrough exactly; you could try this one.
I also don't have any saved games to get you past this point. Maybe with the above suggestions you will make it through. I don't know why this portion of the game is problematic for some players - maybe the game is a little buggy in this section, or possibly expects you to do things in a certain order. It's a mystery to me.
