The Death of Erin Meyers

I'm stuck in a room, with a bed, hatch with a lock and a heavy crate hanging from a hook. I can't remember what this place was called. I can't figure out what to do with the hook holding the crate? Or what to do with the handle on the hatch?

The only help I can find at the moment is this video on YouTube.

Use the screwdriver to remove the rings. Then use the stepladder to each the door frames. Use the rings on the doorframes. Use the rope on either the hook or the handle. Done.
