Schizm-Matria Island, getting Hannah on

I got sam on the island, but after hannah puts the coordinates in and arrives at island it shows the floating island docking and trying to put the tentical that holds the chair into the hole and it falls short. I cant get hannah to the island, help!

take it you got dvd. Go up and look through the telescope. Have a piece of paper handy to copy down the dots and dashes. Then can get really frustrated in figuring out how to put this in the other console.
