Hello Chief tried again but still the same after selecting the game it goes to a screen for date of birth, then download page flashes up and then goes off again still nothing in the trolley.Hope this helps.Thanks Barbara

Hello Chief have done what you said but not able to send support ticket as it says already enough of them which I don't understand have tried most of the day to download the game again but still same problem, it will let me order any other game but not this one.May I suggest that seems I am having so much trouble to get the game and getting nowwhere you let another member have the game code so they can have the game perhaps they will have better luck than me.Hope you will do this for me.Thanks to you for your help.

Hi Barbara,

A couple of questions. Hopefully you can answer them, and I apologize in advance if any of them seem obvious:

1) When you first go to the Black Mirror 3 webpage, you should see an Age Gate. This is to verify you're over the correct age to play the game. Are you putting in your proper birthday/year?

2) When you land on the Black Mirror 3 webpage, are you selecting the download version of the game? The default selection is PC Box. You need to select PC Download.

3) After selecting PC Download and clicking on Add to Cart, scroll to the top of the webpage and select the My Cart button. Is your cart still empty?

4) If so, what web browser are you using?

If all else fails, maybe we can set you up directly with a download link. I'll check back in a little bit for your answers. Thanks,

I'm still having a problem as well downloading the game. Everyting worked fine until I hit the download link then I kept getting "Access denied" error message on google and on IE i get a message "can't display the webpage" Tech has been in touch but it still doesn't work.
