Question about Latest Adventure Game Releases

When I look at this page here I see a lot if not all say Teaser or Trailer. Are the games listed here officially out? Or when they are out is it mentioned on this page as the game is available?

When the games come out,the people at Gameboomers will let you know.
They always keep us posted when a game is ready.

The frame with the title "Latest Adventure Game Releases" has months and titles of games. Those are the games that are out and the month they were released.

Below that is the frame with the title "Upcoming Adventure Game Releases". This is the list of games that are being made and not released yet.
The ones with announced released dates are the ones on top part of the frame. Below that with the title "waiting" are the games that being made with no definitive release dates yet.

The Raven's been out for awhile now--- is it available on disc anywhere? Does anyone know?
