I'm not a Face Book member but when I Google The Uncertain game I can see this on their Face Book page:

The post is from 5/24/18, just a few weeks ago and states they are working on Episode 2. Maybe somebody else can give more information. I had signed up for email updates but haven't received one for quite awhile now.
Yes, they are working on it, but they do not have a release date yet. There will be an announcement here when they have one.
