Hi all,
Yesterday I bought Kathy Rain from Steam for 2.99. A few minutes later I got a notice saying it was being offered for free. What are my chances of getting my 2.99 back? I asked for a refund a little bit after the notice and I still haven't heard back other than that they received the request.

Here are the refund criteria:
Steam refundI don't see why they would reject the request.

I've been using Steam for many years and my experience has always found them to be dependable and reliable. But I've never asked for a refund... hopefully they will give it to you! Other people may not have had as good an experience with them, but I have.
