By that I meant any kind of difficulties, anything from "I am having technical problems," to "I don't care for the game and am sorry that I purchased it."
I got a refund a few months ago from GOG on a game that turned out to have keyboard controls that were too awkward for me and they were very quick to respond. I was impressed not only with the speed of their reply but their readiness to accommodate me.
