Thanks for the review! The only reason I hadn't popped into say thanks earlier was because coverage was supposed to be embargoed until the release (18:00BST on 9th June) and I think that must have not been forwarded to you, then I never thought to remind you before the review went live.

However it's only one day till release now so thought I'd pop in and say thanks for the review!

Also to add one small detail, you can use the keyboard for movement (WASD keys) if you want, obviously you can navigate with the mouse if you prefer that.

A good story.

And once I got back into the swing of "exhausting all dialogue and item descriptions", as was often the case in some of the old goodies, I moved along at a timely pace

I'm enjoying it but am quite stuck at the moment .

I got stuck more than a time or two during the game !!
And resorted to going everywhere, talking to everybody and looking at everything ....
(Typical solving mechanisms )

I finished the game tonight and for the most part thoroughly enjoyed it. I do wish I had noted down some information on the people as I went along though as I did get confused by who was who at times. I may try to replay it soon and do that so I can keep better track of the story.

Hey Oldbroad, glad you enjoyed the game (mostly, anyway! :)) - you're not the only person who lost track of which character was speaking a little bit, so we might be putting out an update with the character's name showing underneath the portrait.

Oh yeah. I meant to ask this question. What is wrong with the color green??? I like it!!

Haha no, I'm afraid what happened was that I started out with the idea of having some tragic event in Sam's life giving rise to his hatred of the colour green. I had written many hotspot interactions where he expressed this dislike, but after a while my co-dev began to veto all of them as he thought it was boring. I therefore never fully explored the idea of creating this extra backstory.


The good news is, you can make up your own reason for Sam's disdain of green hues and you can't really be wrong!

I never thought I missed anything with that Mad, so you were actually more observant with it since it was originally supposed to mean something. I'll just believe Sam doesn't know a good color when he sees it!
