Zid Journey is a hand-drawn adventure game with a strong, classic 90's vibe. Play as Zid, a yellow dinosaur, and point-and-click his way as he goes on a journey to find the lost parents of a small Daspletosaurus hatchling!

History
Zid Journey is a classic 2D point 'n click adventure game, developed in a tiny team from Poland. It's the second part in the Zid and Zniw Chronicles series, preceded by Zniw Adventure, which was released in 2020 for Windows, Linux and MacOS.
Since Zniw Adventure was welcomed with enthusiasm and enjoyed by many players, all of this positive feedback encouraged the team to continue with dinosaur games and expand the 'dino-verse' (aptly named 'ZaZ-verse' by the fans) in Zid Journey, which explores even more of the lore-rich, prehistoric world of Polisemia and introduces both new and familiar characters. It's not required to play Zniw Adventure beforehand however - the plot and the game is designed in a way that both newcomers and veterans of Zid and Zniw world can enjoy them.
Zid Journey tells the story of Zid, and focuses on his quest of reuniting a little Daspletosaurus hatchling with its lost parents, while also trying to uncover his own mysterious origins. Similarly to the previous game, it's also powered by AGS engine, and scheduled to release sometime in 2024 for Windows, Linux and MacOS.
A playable demo and Kickstarter campaign went live on October 17th, 2022. The demo is available for free on Steam.
