DNA puzzle level help

Hi

Has anyone here played the puzzle level of the game DNA?? I am really stuck on one of the puzzles andto me it seems like there is no solution.

Could use some hints

thanks Ana but no it doesn't help. DNA has two different game modes, the arcade or action mode and a puzzle mode. I have no problems with the action mode it's the puzzle mode I'm stuck in.
