BigFish password problems?

Has anyone else had problems getting a new password from BF? I've requested one several times over the past hour and haven't received an email. Am I just being too impatient? Thanks!

ETA: I also submitted a request to customer support but don't want to wait for a couple of days, LOL!

I'm afraid there isn't anything we can do OP. I have never requested one from them so I do not know how long it takes.

Thanks for your response. It took several hours to get the password. Don't know if it's my email provider or not. But all is good now.
