Here is another article with some interesting information. Churchill Downs is diversifying into casinos and gambling and Big Fish made a major acquisition of a company that makes online gambling games. It seems clear that Churchill Downs will push the gambling side of Big Fish. Who knows what will become of the rest.

I wouldn't be concerned about losing BigFish games. They are already the number 1 casino game holder and it doesn't affect you.
