When will Grim Legends 3: The Dark City be released

Does anyone know when will Grim Legends 3: The Dark City be released?
I did a survey/beta test a couple of months ago and am excited to complete the game. It really looked interesting. Been checking on the web, but couldn't find anything.

It should be out soon, but they don't generally set a concrete date ahead of time.
