Jewel Quest - Twilight 2

I am on level 69 and am confused. Should i fill all the squares? Are the drops of oil important? what is the point of this level. How do I finish it?

Unfortunately I can't help you with this. I haven't played the game and can't find any online help for this particular level.

Maybe someone else familiar with the game will be able to give you some advice.

New problem. Level 80 there's a part that looks like a bunch on mail boxes. I don't have anything to destroy them i finished everything else on this level. What do I do?
