We've all had an issue from time to time while playing BF games. I've been playing their games for years but I tend toward patience with any glitches, given the sheer volume of players and games associated with that site. The odds are that sooner or later, you'll have a glitch. I have always found their customer service to be exemplary.

A good example: Recently, I bought two CE games as part of a bundle Sale. I'm not sure what happened, but suddenly I had those two CE games PLUS a standard version of one of them. I have no idea what happened, but maybe I messed up while selecting and playing the Demo and accidentally bought the standard version? Anyway, I sent BF an email pointing out that I somehow had both versions, had deleted the standard one and could I possibly get a credit?

In less than 24 hours, I had an email back with a game code for a free game. That is what I call "Service," and is why I continue to buy games from BF.

I agree, Reenie. I have never been unhappy with their Customer Support.

I am in the middle of a discussion with Customer Support right now and the person who has been helping me could not be more friendly and great about it - he is just terrific. I am more than satisfied with the kind of assistance I am receiving. wave

Hi, Reenie!

My experience has been that BF Customer Support always goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are completely satisfied. On the rare occasion I have run into a glitch (I always play the demo before I buy to make sure the game is compatible with my system), they have sent me a game code with their apology.

Before I realized that game coupons not only expire on the day indicated in the email but at the exact time the email was sent, I emailed BF Customer Support to ask why the coupon I was trying to use was coming up invalid when I tried to purchase a SE game. They explained the process and sent me a replacement coupon, no questions asked.

That's interesting feedback indeed!

Actually I have never had occasion to contact customer service; but after looking at all your comments, I have no doubt they will 'go the extra mile' to satisfy a customer. What a great policy!!

I feel obliged to join in this praise for the customer service Big Fish provides yes

In all the years I've been buying from them there has only been ONE glitch they were unable to rectify praise

I haven't the need to use BF Customer support in a long time, but I am very happy that they are still giving Top Notch Support especially with all the downsizing, etc.. in the last 12 months or so. Phew... good to know....

they stop giving out coupon codes, but they did try to help with cake mania lights camera action and Whispered Secrets: The Story of Tideville, jenny helped me, but they tried.

Family, they are still giving out coupon codes - maybe just not in all instances. I received two coupon codes yesterday.
