I have never played a TM, Marian. Are they all timed episodes or is there a way to play the game at a pace of your choice?

Virtually all of the time management games released now (and for some time now) offer an untimed mode; this is sometimes called the "relaxed" mode. The developers realized that the games would bring in a wider audience if they offered this.
