This is why I have a BFG Game Club membership: I decided to take advantage of the special sale today. I had 2 game club credits, which are good for a CE. Used those to buy the new Mystery Case Files CE and got a second CE for $6.99 with the sale code Game Club Discount. And since I bought two games, I earned a coupon code for a free game. It’s all good. 👍

Dianne, it's only the first day of release that it is available for Game Club members only - you will be able to purchase it starting tomorrow.

I downloaded and played the demo and really enjoyed it. Now to wait for a good BOGO or 65% off BFG sale because I assume the games and scavenger hunts we've been enjoying so much are finished

. I can be patient, though, because I still have 2 CEs to play that I bought with the last 2 codes.

According to the CasualWish BFG Fans website on Facebook, there is going to be a BOGO sale from November 29th through December 1st. They are usually right about such things, so I am waiting and hoping for that.

I think there might be a CE match-3 game released this weekend; I read this information elsewhere online and it may or may not be true. It should be a really good one for those who like match-3 games, though, when it is released on Big Fish.

Having said that, let's wait and see.

All About Casual Games reviewed this game as 5 out of 5 stars! Those kinds of ratings are rare. I will definitely be purchasing this one. Mystery Case Files games are like the Nancy Drews. You wait patiently, and then you pounce!

I just pounced for the Black Crown as well as the new Nancy Drew, which I will play on the new laptop I just ordered via a sweet Black Friday online deal.
BTW, Marian, I would not have known about the new Nancy Drew had I not seen the thread discussing it!

I wasn't as patient as you; I pounced on it as soon as possible, and glad I did.

I tried to restrain myself from barging through it all at once, stopping for a break between chapters. Nontheless, I finished it Saturday, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely a five-star game, thanks to great artwork, music, voice acting, puzzles, and most of all, a story that truly hangs together. And a great Strategy Guide.

As a sequel to the 13th Skull, the references to previous MCF characters and places are a welcome touch. I thought for a moment we were going to get to see that lovely lady Momma Aimee, the voodoo shop owner from the 13th Skull, but it was not meant to be; at least not the way you would think.

I only had to bail out on One Puzzle; If I hadn't skipped it I would probably still be trying to get through it.

i am having trouble keeping my interest in this one for some reason. bought it the day it came out for everyone. hopefully it gets better for me . i love the mystery case file games
