I just finished playing the Demo on this game, and probably will end up buying it at some point because I have liked some of the other games in this series (I have played 11, and have enjoyed three enough to mark them as "Replay"). This is a series where you can chose your difficulty level (for the mini-games), and I like being able to crank that up. Not too many HO scenes. Populated with simple characters: all good or all evil, with no back story or depth. Decent sound programming, with everything from pops and squeaks to water dripping and birdsong. Beautiful attention to detail in each scene. However, it is super-saturated in terms of color. (Real cartoony, fantasy-world stuff. Might not be your cuppa if you like more realistic environments.) Nothing ground-breaking, but then, nothing really pushes too hard, either. The puzzles are good, and if you like to hunt for morphs and "extras," there are some in every scene.
