Even though the reviews on BF are not good (and that's being generous), I'm still going to download the demo to see for myself. I sometimes love games that everyone else hates and vice versa, which is why the demos are so helpful. It also depends on the mood I'm in. I've given up on a CE and tried again when the SE was released, and wondered why I gave up on the CE because I really enjoyed it

Wow! Twenty installments is amazing. I have played several Haunted Hotels, but had no idea there were that many. Ignore the reviews; how you like a game depends on the player, not the reviewer. Just downloaded the demo; soon to have a look.

Playing the demo can certainly be helpful, Tally Ho.

I have always felt that complaining about the length of a CE is kind of silly, due to the fact that if you wait for a sale you can generally pick up a CE for slightly more than the cost of an SE (and sometimes even for the same price as an SE).

I just finished playing the demo and will probably buy the game when BF has another good sale. Even though the demo wasn't very long, I did enjoy it.

I bought the game yesterday and finished it in a few hours. It was a very short game including the very short bonus chapter.

Yes, I have also been reading that the game is quite short. What I do in this case is to wait for a good sale and then it balances out.

TLC, you are most welcome! You'll save money that way. I figured out that if I use 2 Game Club credits to buy one game, I'm paying $13.99. If I use them for a BOGO, I'm paying half price for each one.

Marian, when we completed that survey last year, I suggested that we be allowed to use 1 Game Club credit for games that were 65% off, but I guess they didn't like my suggestion

Since we can use one Game Club credit to buy a SE game, it made perfect sense to me that we should also be able to use one Game Club credit to buy a CE that is priced the same as a SE. You're probably right about it being too complicated for their present system, though, so I'll continue to hang onto my Game Club credits for BOGO sales and pay for the games that I buy on sale.
