big fish

does any one know what the big fish game stub is? i am down loading the new game and that popped up to down load

It's downloading a new version of the game manager and uninstalling the old one.

It was a little troubling for me too until I realized what was going on.

Wouldn't it be nice if they either forewarned us or provided some description of what was happening?

which means people are upset by change. They need to be reassured.

Is this after the new Game Manager has been installed, or are you just trying to log in to the website? Or is it something else?

After the new Game Manager was installed, I had to log out of it and then log back in before I could get a game to download.

it does not know my email, and password. i can never sign in.i already email big fish, so i will wait for their answer, i can not sign in, everytime, , i sign in it does not know my email or password, never mind i sign in, it was painful, and a nightmare.

I was going to tell you to write to Big Fish. I am very happy to hear that you got things straightened out. Feeling cut off from something that important is indeed a nightmare.

it was awful, i did not think i was ever going sign in. i do not want to go throught that again.

i throught they change it, i tried to download 2 games from my purchase history on the site, only one download, had to download from the app.

I'm still only playing Big Fish games on Win7 for the moment and I BUY from the website but DOWNLOAD via the gama Manager

So, did you update the manager on your Win7 Mad? I'm wondering if I should or not.

I also buy from the website and download from the manager. I already have a whole bunch of games downloaded on Win 7 (in prep for being offline) but every so often I still download a new one there.

I downloaded the new GM on my Windows 7 and had no issues with it.

I logged in and out of my account at Big Fish earlier but wasn't required to update the game Manager - but I didn't buy anything.
So is it only necessary when you DO buy something and then need to download it ??

I believe it happens automatically when you download a game - the GM installs and then after that the game download begins. This is what happened to me.

i didn't buy or download anything. I received an email and the message showed in my GM when I opened it (even in the new manager).

I just did the update in Windows 7 and it seemed to do a lot more stuff than in Windows 10 (maybe in Win10 you just can't see it) and in Win7 it showed Big Fish "Stub" but I didn't notice it say that in Win 10.
