No worries, Laurette. And yes, I agree that BF had already been changing prior to the war. One thing that has improved dramatically these past several months is Customer Support. I just think that this is a poor time to be debating the relative demerits and merits of Big Fish as they are really at a disadvantage right now, and who knows for how much longer this situation will continue.
I hope anyone else who wants to weigh in on this will do so, though. Others are always free to express their opinions.
While we are on the topic, though, I would like to mention something that pertains to how small the pool of HOPA developers has become. There is going to be a remastered version of Boomzap's Awakening: The Dreamless Castle released this year, first as a Collector's Edition. Boomzap would like to make the last and final installment in their Otherworld series of games, Otherworld: The Eternal Winter. They have spoken to Big Fish about this and Big Fish has said they first want to wait and see how well the remastered version of Awakening does. Money talks, as usual. Therefore
anyone who has the slightest desire to see the last Otherworld game needs to buy this remastered version when it is released, whether they already have the original or not - as the number of copies sold of this game will have a decisive impact on whether the last Otherworld game ever comes to pass.
We really need to support the HOPA developers we have left.
