He's in the hospital since yesterday. His kidneys are not working properly. He's going to be treated with Haemodialysis today.

We are going to have the fourth hemodialysis today plus another procedure called plasmapheresis. Yesterday doctors performed a biopsy on one of the two kidneys. We are waiting for the results today.

I hope today goes well for you Volkana.

After so many days we heard some good news and there is a blink of hope. We were prepared to deal with permanent hemodialysis until we find a kidney doner but the doctors today told us that plasmapheresis seems to work, so after 5 sessions of plasmapheresis, that we've done so far, they will continue with another five to make things even better. It's been 4 days since he had his last hemodialysis and his blood values (creatinine) decreased. I hope the good news will contunue... The doctors at first (after the biopsy) told us that his kidneys were more damaged that they thought and we should be prepared for hemodialysis but now even they are excited from the results...

More good news! Doctors will stop plasmapheresis also! His creatinine is still dropping so maybe we will be out by Monday!
