Cool and Funny Sayings
My neighbors are listening to great music. Whether they like it or not.

It is important to make breaks between individual exercises. I personally stick to breaks of about 3-4 years.

It's FRIDAY!!
Great news for all the 8 to 5'ers out there.
For us retired folk it's just the start of a new week, just like yesterday, and tomorrow.
Thursday was just awesome here. I took the dogs out to the sod farm. We didn't find anything, but had a great time running around.
Time for some foot ball now baby!
I have to ask you all to pray for the Cowboys. They'll need a miracle to beat the Saints I'm afraid.
