28 inch barbie question

i brought a twin blonde barbie, but when i flip her over, it look like she did something in her panties, what can i do.

do they have Barbie Depends?

i was taking her out the box and may have cut her bottom taking all the stuff off her, they pack her too tight.

I might have had an "accident" if someone stabbed me in the bottom!!!!!
