If it has red sauce in it, I'd use a ZipLoc. The sauce will stain Tupperware.

I assume you mean cooked spaghetti. If that is the case, you need to make sure it isn't over cooked. It has to still be firm if you want it to have a good texture if you heat it up,
Freeze spaghetti? What for? If I have any left over I eat it the next day.

I love leftover spaghetti. Never has my spaghetti made it to the freezer.
