We had an excellent day over here in OK.

I took Missy parking, did some laundry, and house cleaning, and did a ton of exercise stuff.

Other than that I sat on my computer watching Donald Trump declare war on Iraq.

My physical went great. My care giver said she wished more of her patients were in as good a shape.

We're looking to be sunny and 56 degrees Saturday. Pretty close to what it was today.

Family I'm so sorry about your foot. I know how that feels. Not good.
