Nancy fuller marvelous meatloaf recipe

she uses a roasting pan, i do not have one, am i out of luck.

Do you have any other pan that can go in the oven and that's about the same size?
It needs to be large enough to hold the meatloaf (and any drippings).
It can be a cake pan if that's all you have.

I used to have an 8x8x2 cake pan I'd use for manicotti and lasagne in the oven.

i have a 8x8 square pan, and casseroles dishes.

Use that then.
If it seems to be too small, find another pan and divide up the meatloaf.
