on the activated elevator, thee white part you click the doll in came off, can i put it back on.

What do the directions for using it say? Did you try putting it back on? It may depend on whether it broke off or just came off without breaking.

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to look at. There are so many parts and pieces. Which one is the "white" one?

Are you referring to the white piece inside the elevator that holds Barbie, that is like a half circle?

yes, it came out, and i want too put it back in.

Is there a slot that the piece fits into? If there is, then you should be able to put it back in. If it’s broken off then you can try to glue it back in place with something like Crazy Glue.

Like I said, it depends on whether it broke off or simply fell off.
