Windows 8.1

I just download windows 8.1 in my Dell lap top.
My problem is that the letters in tool bar are very small,when I open favorits I can hardly read them,my zoom level is 150%as before.

Try this. Go to the desktop side of Windows 8.1. Right click anywhere and select Personalize. Click on Display and see if there are some changes you can make there that will help.
